1. Possesses a solid foundation in law and an appropriate educational background;

2. Holds a valid lawyer’s license, has a clearly defined practice area, demonstrates outstanding professional competence, and possesses experience in independently handling cases or non-litigation matters in a specific legal field.

3. Possess at least 5 years of experience practicing law;

4. Preference will be given to candidates who are capable of independently establishing a dedicated legal department or business team and possess strong organizational management and communication/coordination skills.

5. Exhibits a rigorous work style, has upright character, demonstrates sound professional ethics as a lawyer, and adheres to the rules of legal practice.
