On the afternoon of March 11, 2026, the annual working conference of the Women Lawyers Committee of Zhiheng (Foshan) Law Firm and a symposium with the local Women’s Federation were successfully held in the firm’s main conference room. This conference, themed “Women Unite to Grow Together, Warm-Hearted Support Blossoms,” has specially invited leaders from the Zumiao Subdistrict Women’s Federation and the Beijiang Community to attend and provide guidance, fostering discussions on women’s self-development and the protection of their rights in the new era.

Focus and Unite: Clarify the Annual Work Direction
Under the organization of Attorney Zhang Cuiyan, Director of the Zhicheng Foshan Women’s Committee, all members of the committee engaged in an in-depth discussion on the 2026 work plan. Participants engaged in thorough discussions and exchanges on the annual work objectives, key event arrangements, professional development for female lawyers, and initiatives to foster their well-being. It was determined that, in the coming year, the Women Lawyers’ Committee will focus on “supporting the growth of female lawyers, showcasing their achievements, and fulfilling social responsibility,” with the aim of establishing a more supportive and meaningful platform for female lawyers to connect and collaborate.

Subsequently, the symposium for exchanges between the Women’s Federation and community leaders officially commenced. Zhang Cuiyan, Director of the Women’s Committee of

Under the theme “Women Unite to Grow Together, Offering Heartwarming Support and Blossoming Brilliance,” she shared the practices and reflections of the Zhicheng Foshan Women’s Committee in promoting women’s self-development and safeguarding their rights and interests, expressing her hope that this event will foster greater consensus and rally more collective strength.
Yang Lixuan and Du Yonglin, full-time vice chairpersons of the Zumo Street Women’s Federation, respectively presented the organization’s work in supporting women’s development and safeguarding women’s rights, and fully commended the Zhicheng Foshan female lawyers for their commitment and contributions in their professional field. Luo Ziqi, Secretary of the Beijiang Community, and Li Tianfang, Deputy Director, shared the community’s explorations and practices in supporting women’s development and providing heartfelt assistance, drawing on their practical experience in community work.
Members of the Foshan Women’s Committee of Zhiheng also drew on their personal experiences and professional practice to actively share their insights on topics such as women’s career development, rights protection, and psychological well-being, creating a lively atmosphere and fostering in-depth exchanges.
