Through pre-litigation intervention and in‑litigation mediation, we gained a thorough understanding of both parties’ property disputes and their expectations for the future. Within just three working days after the case was filed, we successfully concluded the matter through mediation, securing custody of the child and ownership of the marital property for our client.
