The Dongguan Private Equity Fund Association was established under the business guidance of the Dongguan Municipal Financial Work Bureau. In March 2017, it was approved and registered by the Dongguan Civil Affairs Bureau, acquiring independent legal person status as a non-profit industry-specific social organization, and is the sole legally recognized official industry body for the private equity fund sector in Dongguan.
The association’s membership system encompasses a diverse array of financial entities, including private securities investment funds, private equity funds, state-owned capital institutions, banks, securities firms, insurers, and futures companies, as well as service providers such as law firms. To empower the industry’s refined development, the association has established a “9+1” integrated service framework, set up nine specialized committees, and launched the Dongguan Enterprise IPO Comprehensive Service Platform, thereby steering the private equity sector in Dongguan toward standardized, professional, and high-quality growth.
