At the event site, all participants lined up and entered the prison’s secure area in an orderly manner, strictly adhering to security regulations. They toured the inmate dormitories, gaining a firsthand understanding of the prison’s standardized law enforcement management model as well as the daily living, study, and rehabilitation activities of the inmates. According to reports, Dongguan Prison adheres to the principle of “education, rehabilitation, and salvation,” implements humanistic correction measures, and regularly organizes inmates to engage in practical activities such as handicrafts, calligraphy and painting, and animal husbandry. By integrating humane care into structured supervision, the prison effectively helps inmates correct their thinking, rebuild their character, and acquire skills, thereby facilitating their smooth reintegration into society and fully demonstrating the achievements of modern, law-based, and civilized prison management.

Officer Wen provided a detailed briefing on the prison’s functions and responsibilities, its supervision model, and key aspects of law enforcement, while also thoroughly explaining the grave harm that illegal and disciplinary violations can inflict on individuals, families, and society. Representatives of incarcerated individuals shared their personal experiences via video, offering a profound analysis of the root causes behind the erosion of ideals, lax discipline, and unchecked greed. Through these vivid, real-life cautionary tales, they served as a stark reminder to all Party members to uphold integrity, practice self-discipline, and strictly abide by laws and regulations.

At the same time, briefings were conducted on Party discipline and regulations, industry standards, and professional ethics, emphasizing that all Party members and cadres, as well as industry practitioners, must firmly uphold the legal bottom line, the disciplinary red line, and the moral high ground. All Party members were urged to exemplify leadership and set a model, continuously strengthening their rule-of-law mindset and sense of integrity, remaining strict with themselves in their respective positions, fulfilling their duties conscientiously, and staying true to their original aspirations and mission through sound conduct.
