On the afternoon of January 15, in the grand conference room of Zhiheng in Dongguan, a lawyer stand-up comedy show titled “Super Individuals: Let’s All Speak Up” offered a vivid answer—turns out, lawyers can not only wield the law as a sword but also connect with others through witty banter, showcasing a unique charm beyond their professional expertise. From the “legal battlefield” to the “humor stage,” lawyers effortlessly switch between their two sides.
“Professionalism is our foundation, humor is our gift” is not just a slogan—it was brought to life with vivid flair at the event. On weekdays, lawyers who are usually sharp-tongued and logically precise in court set aside their case files, pick up the microphone, and flip their “humor switch” on.
“When I told my friend, ‘I suggest you review the camping contract and pay attention to the force-majeure clause,’ he said, ‘I just want to go grill some sausages!’”
“Seeing the ‘person subject to enforcement’ show up at the courthouse on their own is more enjoyable than watching any comedy—after all, comedies cost money, but enforcement can actually recover funds.”
From the daily grind of enforcement to the exclusive experience of working on the 62nd floor, and even the “meeting room culture” where bubble tea mingles with case files—each and every “inside joke” drawn from real-life practice was cleverly unpacked, eliciting nonstop laughter and sustained applause from the entire audience.
