The party in this case is a Vietnamese woman who was trafficked to China eight years ago. In Fujian Province, she registered her marriage with a man and has a daughter. Subsequently, the individual endured great hardships, fled alone to Guangdong, rebuilt their life, and formed a relationship with their current partner. However, when applying for marriage registration, they discovered that their previous marriage had not yet been dissolved, leaving them facing legal and identity-related obstacles.
