Good News from Zhiheng

has been awarded the Third Prize and an Excellence Award at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-Border Group-Based Legal Services Product Competition.
On September 5, 2025, the Cross-Border Group-Law-Service Products Competition of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area concluded successfully. ZhihengThe legal service product “Legal Services for Mainland E‑commerce Enterprises Operating in Hong Kong,” jointly developed by Attorney Qi Jiezhen’s team and the Zhicheng Dongguan Lawyers Group, was awarded third prize in the competition. Additionally, the legal service product “Mutual Recognition and Enforcement of Civil and Commercial Judgments Between Mainland China and Hong Kong,” jointly created by Attorney Luo Zhikai’s team from Zhicheng Dongguan and Zhicheng Headquarters, received an honorable mention in the competition.
To further strengthen lawyer training, bolster the pool of trainers, and comprehensively enhance the professional competence and overall quality of lawyers in Dongguan City, the Dongguan Lawyers Association has initiated a selection process for members of its lecturer panel. Lawyer Mai Zhuolin, Secretary of the Zhicheng Dongguan Party Branch and Director of the Criminal Law Department, and Lawyer Chen Jintao, Director of the Pharmaceutical Law Department, have been successfully selected for the first cohort of the Dongguan Lawyers Association’s lawyer training lecturer panel.
In order to comprehensively strengthen the cultural development of the legal profession in Dongguan and fully showcase the achievements of lawyers’ work as well as the professional demeanor of the legal community, the Dongguan Lawyers Association has launched a selection process to establish a team of hosts and tour guides for the Association. Chen Liuhua, Director of the Youth Working Committee of Zhiheng in Dongguan and a practicing lawyer, has been successfully selected for the host and tour guide roster of the Dongguan Lawyers Association, thanks to her outstanding professional expertise and exceptional overall capabilities.
Recently, Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm received a special “token of gratitude”—the legal representative of a certain investment company personally presented a thank-you banner, expressing high recognition and sincere appreciation for the outstanding professional legal services provided by Attorney Huang Jinzheng’s team in handling the case.

To commemorate the glorious chapters of history and carry forward the great spirit of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, while thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law and deepening collaborative efforts in Party building among grassroots organizations, and to uphold Party leadership in serving the development of the private economy, on September 3, 2025, the Party branch of the Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Dongguan, together with the Party branch of Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm, jointly hosted a pairing-and-cooperation signing ceremony and an event to watch the military parade, using the red spirit as a guiding force to usher in a new chapter of integrated development between Party building and business operations.
On September 10, 2025, in order to further strengthen the leading role of Party building and inspire a spirit of innovation and striving among lawyers, the Zhicheng Dongguan Party Branch organized a visit to the “Champions” Manufacturing themed exhibition at the Dongguan Exhibition Hall, fostering a spirit of innovation and progress. To deepen legal education among young people and enhance their legal awareness and self-protection skills, Attorney Chen Qiqi of
in Dongguan was recently invited by the Chang’an Town Communist Youth League Committee, the town’s 12355 Youth Service Center, and the town’s Guanxianghua Youth Service Center to deliver a special lecture on the rule of law titled “Growing Up with the Law.” The lecture provided an in-depth analysis of four key topics: legal responsibilities at different stages of adolescent development, prevention of sexual assault, online fraud, and everyday safety risks.
On the morning of September 10, 2025, the first working meeting of the Zhicheng Dongguan Intellectual Property Legal Affairs Department was held successfully. This meeting aims to enhance communication and collaboration among department members, build consensus, and clarify the key priorities and objectives for the second half of the year, thereby fostering unity and momentum for the department’s initial development and long-term growth.

in Dongguan, at the invitation of the Chang’an Judicial Bureau, went to Zhongshan Primary School to deliver the “Legal Protection for Youth, Safeguarding Growth” first lesson on the rule of law at the start of the school year. Targeting all sixth-grade students, she provided a detailed explanation of the soon-to-be-implemented “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China (2025),” offering students engaging and practical legal knowledge to help enhance minors’ awareness of the rule of law and their ability to prevent risks, thereby safeguarding their healthy development.

On the afternoon of September 26, 2025, the Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm successfully held its third-quarter senior partner luncheon, comprehensively summarizing the firm’s achievements for the quarter and conducting an in-depth discussion on its future development strategy, thereby building consensus and outlining a blueprint for high-quality growth in the next phase.
On September 25, 2025, the “Zhiheng Greater Bay Area International Business Salon and the Inaugural Meeting of the Zhiheng Guangzhou International Law Professional Committee,” jointly hosted by Zhiheng (Guangzhou), Zhiheng (Foshan), and Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firms, was successfully held at Zhiheng (Guangzhou). The event focused on international legal practice and business development, exploring new opportunities for international legal services in the Greater Bay Area.
There was no podium, no table—everyone sat closely together on the sofas, quietly listening to the presentation by lead speakers Attorney Chen Jintao and Attorney Luo Zhikai. From September 15 to 20, they participated in the “Second Leadership Training Program for Mid‑ and Young‑Aged Lawyers of the Dongguan Lawyers Association,” hosted by the School of Creativity and Innovation at Xiamen University, and successfully completed the program. They returned with a wealth of knowledge and profound insights.
On the morning of September 28, 2025, the ninth session of the “Seminar on Difficult Cases in Lawyers’ Enforcement Proceedings” hosted by Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm was held as scheduled.
