On September 28, 2025, Attorney Chen Qiqi was invited by the Communist Youth League Committee of Chang’an Town to visit Chengcai No. 2 Primary School, where she conducted a legal education session titled “12355: Safeguarding Youth—No Reckless Behavior, I Observe the Law,” aiming to raise awareness about preventing and addressing school bullying and sexual assault, as well as staying away from theft. This initiative helps young people develop a rule-of-law mindset and strengthens the safety safeguards on campus.

Attorney Chen Qiqi begins by defining and illustrating the manifestations of school bullying, then focuses on analyzing the issue from civil, criminal, and administrative perspectives. She further integrates the newly revised “Public Security Administration Punishments Law” with real-life cases to provide an in-depth…Analyzing the legal consequences of school bullying. In addition, Attorney Chen Qiqi shared practical strategies with the students for dealing withSchool bullying, encouraging them to bravely say “no” when faced with bullying and to promptly seek help from teachers, parents, or the relevant authorities.

In a lively and engaging atmosphere, Attorney Chen Qiqi used case studies, interactive discussions, and fun Q&A sessions to help students easily grasp the basic concepts of sexual assault and the associated legal responsibilities. To help teenagers better protect themselves, Attorney Chen Qiqi also shared a series of preventive tips, guiding students to understand and master the proper channels for legal assistance, thereby safeguarding their physical safety.

Be vigilant against how “small wrongs” can lead to serious consequences. Attorney Chen Qiqi used the example of minors participating in theft by acting as lookouts or providing assistance, helping students deeply understand that such behavior crosses the legal line. Attorney Chen Qiqi urges everyone to embrace the values of “achieving wealth through hard work and integrity as the foundation,” to avoid being tempted by petty gains, and to resolutely reject illegal activities such as theft, thereby jointly fostering a campus environment that upholds discipline and the rule of law.
