Targeting all sixth-grade students, she provided a detailed explanation of the soon-to-be-implemented “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China (2025),” offering students engaging and practical legal knowledge to help enhance their awareness of the rule of law and their ability to ensure personal safety, thereby safeguarding their healthy development.

During the lecture, Attorney Chen Qiqi first provided a comprehensive overview of the "Public Security Administrative Penalties Law of the People's Republic of China (2025)," which will come into effect on January 1, 2026. She thoroughly explained the law's basic principles of punishment, types of penalties, and scope of application, thereby establishing a foundational understanding of the law for the students.

Subsequently, Attorney Chen Qiqi closely linked the discussion to current social hot‑issue cases, focusing on the new highlights and key provisions introduced by the revised law. She skillfully situated the legal provisions within vivid real‑world scenarios, guiding students to develop sound legal awareness, consciously resist unlawful conduct, and strengthen their self‑protection consciousness.

Furthermore, focusing on minors, Attorney Chen Qiqi provided illustrative analyses of various common types of public order offenses, clearly outlining the corresponding penalty standards.
