Introduction to Zhiheng

is one of the earliest comprehensive law firms approved for establishment in China. In 1995, it established its presence in Shenzhen, the city that pioneered China’s market economy system during the reform and opening-up period. Following the designation of Shenzhen as a pilot demonstration zone by the CPC Central Committee, the firm embarked on a strategic transformation at the end of 2021. Under the leadership of a professional management team, it has undergone a comprehensive upgrade based on cutting-edge principles. Over the past year and more, the firm has actively recruited top-tier lawyer teams and leading law firms nationwide, rapidly expanding its scale while simultaneously strengthening its specialized practice areas.

At this point, the international law firm has successfully completed its brand-building efforts and transitioned from a traditional boutique law firm into a comprehensive firm offering one-stop legal services. As the law firm continues to grow, Zhiheng has ranked among the top ten in Shenzhen and the top sixty-six nationwide in terms of scale.

Zhicheng Office Layout. The headquarters is located on the 22nd floor of the Guangdong Radio & Television Financial Center in Shenzhen’s CBD, within the Greater Bay Area. Rapidly expanding across the Greater Bay Area and beyond, with office registrations either completed or underway in: Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Qianhai, Longgang, Jinan, Dongguan, Foshan, Haikou, Kunming, Xi’an, Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhongshan, Dapeng, Luohu, Nanjing, Ningbo, Dalian, Urumqi, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Hefei, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Changsha, and other locations.
