A member of the Communist Party of China, holding a Master’s degree in Law, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Corporate Legal Affairs Department at Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm. Attorney Huang Jinzheng is a member of the China Law Society and serves as a director of both the Financial Law Research Association and the Economic Law Research Association of the Guangdong Provincial Law Society. He has successively provided ongoing legal advisory services and specialized legal advisory services to numerous listed companies, corporate groups, financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises.

Attorney Huang has participated in numerous investment and financing projects, providing end-to-end legal services to several well-known enterprises in securing equity financing from private equity firms such as Sequoia Capital and Today Capital.
