Requirements for Founding Partners

1. Possesses a solid foundation in legal studies and an appropriate educational background;

2. Holds a valid lawyer’s license, has a clearly defined practice area, demonstrates outstanding professional competence, and possesses experience in independently handling cases or non-litigation matters in a specific legal field.

3. Possess at least 8 years of experience practicing law; for exceptionally qualified candidates or those with outstanding contributions, the requirement may be relaxed to 5 years.
