Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Applications from the PLA Information Engineering University.

Intellectual property litigation, trademark and patent applications, invalidation and opposition proceedings, civil and commercial matters, labor disputes, etc.
Military-to-civilian transition lawyer; during his military service, he served as a staff officer and engineer in a unit of the People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force. He began working part-time as a military lawyer in 2014, providing legal services to the armed forces, and obtained patent attorney qualifications in 2016. After retiring from active duty, he practiced law in Shaoguan, Dongguan, and other locations. He is currently an attorney and a patent agent at Guangdong Zhiheng (Dongguan) Law Firm.

1. In a dispute concerning the ownership of patent rights between a listed company and its former employee, the case was successfully overturned on appeal by the Supreme People’s Court.
