On January 4–5, 2025, the National Executive Directors’ Summary Conference of Zhiheng was held in the Zhiheng Qianhai Grand Conference Room. The executive directors from across Zhiheng’s nationwide network gathered to review the firm’s performance over the past year, outline its strategic priorities for the coming year, and engage in in-depth discussions on key topics such as professional specialization, effective scaling, nationwide resource integration, and market development.

On January 4, at the agenda meeting, Zhiheng Headquarters Executive Director Chai Yongxia and the executive directors of each branch office successively shared their insights, presenting summary reports on the work conducted in December and throughout 2024, and outlining the development roadmap for 2025. Director Chai Yongxia reviewed the development achievements attained by

over the past year and commended the dedicated efforts of all executive directors.

In the presentations by the executive directors of the various branches, “professionalization” was mentioned repeatedly. The executive directors unanimously agreed that strengthening professional specialization is key to enhancing the firm’s core competitiveness. Drawing on the unique characteristics and strengths of each branch office, they also shared their respective focuses and achievements in professional development, striving to further highlight Zhiheng’s advantages and elevate its professional service capabilities and standards in the current legal services market environment.

The nationwide integration of resources was also a central focus of this conference. The executive directors put forward practical and feasible recommendations on how lawyers across the various branches can integrate and collaborate, and shared innovative ideas for organizing and implementing activities.
