He began to engage in the legal profession in July 1986 and has been engaged in judicial administrative legal system and research work in the Department of Justice of Jiangsu Province for nearly 8 years. In April 1993, he took up his post at Shenzhen Airport and successively served as the office director of the terminal company and the manager of the operation department. Since 1996, he has been working as a lawyer.

In the past 30 years, senior high school lawyers have successfully handled a large number of litigation, non litigation difficult and complex cases, with profound legal foundation, strong case handling ability and rich judicial practice experience. During his work, he also presided over and participated in the compilation of China's first "Dictionary of Judicial Administration" and served as the main editorial board member.
