2. In the case of a dispute over the gift contract between Zhang and Lu and Dai, Lu and Dai were husband and wife. The first-instance judgment found that the money transferred by Dai to Zhang was a gift that violated public order and good customs. According to this judgment, Zhang returned nearly 4 million yuan to Lu. After accepting the entrustment of the appellant Zhang, the second instance conducted an in-depth analysis of the nature of the money involved in the case. Finally, the second instance revised the judgment to reject Lu's appeal and successfully forgave the client Zhang a debt of nearly 4 million yuan.

3. In the case of Huang committing the crime of trafficking and transporting drugs, the Guangdong Provincial High Court sentenced Huang to death and reported it to the Supreme Court for approval in accordance with the law. After accepting the entrustment of Huang's family, he communicated with the undertaker of the Supreme Court many times and submitted written defense opinions. The final defense opinions were adopted. The Supreme Court ruled not to approve the criminal judgment of Huang's death sentence, and ruled to revoke the original sentence and send it back for retrial. In the end, the Guangdong Provincial High Court commuted Huang's death sentence with a two-year reprieve.
