1. Equity Dispute: Acting for Tianan China Investment Co., Ltd. and Zhang Lina on the equity swap dispute of Changzhou Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (after seven years of litigation, the court finally rejected Zhang Lina's claim against Tianan China Investment Co., Ltd.);

Infringement disputes: acting for Shenzhen Radio, Film and Television Group and Wuhan Jinglun Electronics Co., Ltd. in the case of infringement of goodwill rights (during the second trial, the Wuhan Intermediate people's Court arranged five judges to form a collegial panel to hear the case, and more than 300 grass-roots judges attended, which can be called a classic).

3. Contract disputes: Acting for Magellan (Nanjing) Real Estate Company and Jiangsu Dejefeng Trading Co., Ltd. 4. Construction Engineering: Acting for the dispute over the project contract between China Construction Fourth Bureau and Huizhou Tianyi Engineering Co., Ltd. (after the first and second trials, all claims of Tianyi Company against China Construction Fourth Bureau were rejected);

5. Equity transfer: Acting for Hong Kong Tianpei Company and Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Group Company and Daya Bay Hong Kong Co., Ltd. in the case of equity transfer contract dispute (finally mediated under the auspices of the court, which supported Tianpei's claim);

6. Administrative litigation: Acting for Shenzhen Hanggang Golf Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Bao'an District People's Government, Shenzhen Bao'an District Land Planning and Supervision Bureau administrative enforcement decision dispute (after the first and second trials, the administrative enforcement decision was finally determined to be illegal and supported All the demands of Hanggang Golf Company).
