Representative matters
During his stay in the United States, he worked at Jinhui Law Firm in New York, USA, focusing on providing immigration program formulation and visa application support for high net worth clients and foreign professionals, and participating in international company compliance and US-China business research. After returning to China, he provided perennial legal advisory services for many companies, handling cases involving housing leasing, marriage and family affairs, labor disputes, equity transfers, contract disputes, intellectual property rights and other civil and commercial fields.
He has participated in the due diligence project of equity acquisition of state-owned enterprises in the oil and gas industry and put forward risk assessment opinions, providing legal support to domestic and foreign customers such as PetroChina, Sinopec, State Pipeline Network Group, Turkish Airlines and so on.
