Holds various social positions, including member of the Criminal Procedure Law Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, member of the Administrative Law Society of the China Law Society, member of the Rule of Law Working Association of Nanjing’s Gulou District, off-campus mentor in the Department of Law at China University of Mining and Technology, and researcher with the Jiangsu Province research group on “Cybercrime and Its Criminal Prosecution.”

With rich practical experience, he has successively served as the general office of Jiangsu Provincial People's government, Nanjing development and Reform Commission and other provincial and municipal administrative organs, as well as the perennial legal advisers of various industry companies and enterprises such as Nanjing Xiaoqin machinery and equipment leasing Co., Ltd., Chengdu Yizhi Engineering Design Co., Ltd., and has long assisted the office of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China to handle legal related work, Acting as a number of significant criminal cases and civil and commercial cases, participated in the drafting and evaluation of local regulations and normative documents for many times.
