Lawyer Shi Wenhui has been focusing on the field of construction engineering for a long time. He is proficient in the construction project contract compilation of the civil code, the construction law and the judicial interpretation of construction engineering. He is good at handling difficult disputes such as project price, project quality, project duration, engineering materials and equipment, and has profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in the field of construction engineering. He has successively written two monographs, "Integration of the Provisions of the Construction Law and Application of Cases" and "The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of Legal Issues in the Trial of Construction Contract Disputes and (I) Provisions and Application of Cases", which were published in the Law Publishing House. Many lectures have been held on the legal practice of construction projects. He graduated from the Law School of Southwest University for Nationalities and the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law. He served as the deputy director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of the Hainan Lawyers Association, the commercial mediator of Hainan Free Trade Port and the representative of the Ninth Hainan Lawyers Congress.
