In the retrial case of Fu Mou v. the administrative payment of a town's people's government, the Hainan Provincial higher people's Court adopted the opinions of the agent, corrected the errors in the first and second instance rulings, and rejected Fu's retrial application.

In the two cases of administrative punishment of a plastic products factory v. a city's comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau, the people's Court of Qiongshan District of Haikou City adopted the opinion of the agent and reduced the administrative fine of hundreds of thousands of yuan for the client.
