(1) Dispute between a Guangzhou Logistics Co., Ltd. and He Mou, He Mou, He Mou, Liang Mou, He Mou and He Mou over the liability for damaging the interests of the company: acting as the defendant, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court rejected all the plaintiff's claims in the first instance, and the Guangdong Higher People's Court upheld the original judgment and rejected the appeal in the second instance, successfully detracting nearly 30 million yuan from the customer.

(2) Disputes over trademark infringement and unfair competition between a Canadian sporting goods co., ltd. and a Guangzhou clothing co., ltd., a trading (Guangzhou) co., ltd., Guo mou, a material joint-stock company and a real estate development co., ltd.: acting as the defendant, filed an application for top compensation of 5 million yuan, and finally tried to award compensation to 1 million yuan, successfully reducing 4 million yuan for the customer.

(3) Huang Moumou and Fan Moumou, He Moumou, Guangzhou Stock Cooperative Economic Association and Guangzhou City Association Urban Renewal Co., Ltd. Housing Demolition Compensation Dispute: Break through the previous precedent that only compensates the replacement cost price of buildings (about 800000 yuan) and recover more than 3.34 million yuan compensation for Huang.

(4) Dispute over unjust enrichment between Yang Moumou and Guangdong Moumou Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Chen Moumou: the second instance successfully revised the judgment, revoked the judgment of the first instance, rejected all the other party's claims, overturned the same type of cases that have been executed in force, and the same series of cases that led to subsequent prosecutions were rejected by the court, saving customers more than 4000 million yuan in economic losses;

(5) Labor Dispute between Dongguan XXX Hospital and Yao XXX: The acting laborer successfully rejected all the hospital's applications and was rated as one of the top ten outstanding cases of that year to record the law popularization program, causing social repercussions.
