1. Civil litigation

Case 1 (Labor Dispute)

A well-known pharmaceutical company only sent a notice of cancellation to Huang mou, the medical representative, for general reasons of violation, without specifying the specific facts of violation of discipline, and only added evidence of violation of discipline afterwards during the trial. Both the arbitration and the court held that the service of the notice of termination means the termination of the labor relationship, and the evidence afterwards does not have retroactive effect, which is an illegal termination and ordered the enterprise to pay 475200 yuan in compensation. The case makes it clear that the employer's unilateral dismissal needs to specify the specific reasons in the discharge document, retain complete disciplinary investigation and notification evidence, otherwise it will bear the risk of high compensation.

Case 2 (Private Lending)

Employers and employees have nearly 20 years of employment relationship, employees previously based on transfer records twice sued the employer for loans and won the case, and then hold years of POS card flow to sue for 800000 loans. The lawyer team combed all the related litigation and massive capital flow, pointed out that the plaintiff's money is actually the collection of payment, cash payment, split the prosecution, the use of funds, borrowing needs and other statements against common sense, can not confirm the loan agreement, 1. the second instance rejected the plaintiff's claim.

2. Criminal proceedings (group fighting)

Minor Li was invited by others to gather many people with equipment to fight, concealed co-conspirators in the early stage of investigation, and confessed truthfully in the stage of examination and prosecution. The undertaking legal aid lawyer combined the circumstances of his first offense, confession, minors, etc., coordinated the family members to compensate the victim 7000 yuan to obtain an understanding, submitted conditional non-prosecution legal opinions, promoted the procuratorate to hold a non-public hearing, and finally made a conditional non-prosecution decision on Li, leaving the opportunity to reform and return to school.
