-[Dispute over Liquidation Liability] In a case of recovering payment for goods on behalf of a textile company in Foshan, because the debtor had no executable property, the principal required the debtor's shareholders to bear joint and several liability for the company's debts, and finally determined that the debtor's old and new shareholders were jointly and severally liable for the debts within the scope of their unfunded contributions.

-[Equity Transfer Dispute] In the case of equity transfer dispute on behalf of a makeup group, due to the failure of equity transfer, the other party claimed that the principal should return the 30 million transfer money. By pointing out the loopholes in the other party's evidence, the court obtained key reply opinions from the relevant departments, and the court finally ruled that the principal did not need to return the money.

-[Dispute over Sales Contract] In the case of claiming payment for goods on behalf of a lighting company, the court of first instance did not support the shareholders' repayment responsibility. Through the argument of big data retrieval case, the court of second instance ruled that the shareholders should bear joint and several repayment responsibility for the company's debts of about 6 million yuan, realizing the reversal of litigation and ensuring that the client can smoothly recover the payment for goods.

-[Contract Dispute] Acting for a transportation group in Foshan to sue a real estate group over a contract dispute. The subject matter of the case is about 4 million yuan. After discovering the key details in the evidence materials, the court of first instance and second instance all ruled in favor of the client, and the final case was executed in place.

-[Lease Contract Dispute] In the case of acting as an agent for a film group to sue Zhuang Moumou, the actual controller of a well-known catering chain in Guangdong, through many on-the-spot investigations and collecting a number of policy materials, the amount of compensation for the client was reduced by 55%.

-[Contract Disputes] Represented a real estate group in Sanshui in a series of property-restitution disputes. By combining civil litigation with private criminal prosecution, we obtained crucial evidence and exerted pressure on the opposing party, ultimately securing favorable judgments in all cases, which were fully enforced.

-[Construction Project Construction Contract Dispute] Represented a public institution in Sanshui in a lawsuit brought by the actual contractor seeking payment of project funds. After the incident, the family members immediately called the police. The public security organ intervened in the investigation. By claiming rights to a third party outside the case, the other party was finally prompted to take the initiative to solve the housing transfer problem, and all parties reached a settlement.

With the intervention of the end customer, both parties reached a mediation, the other party voluntarily repaid the arrears, and the client withdrew the lawsuit.
