In the field of defense: since practicing in 2012, it has handled a total of more than 20 innocence cases, covering the "Zhang Moumou's case of manipulating the securities market, selling fake and inferior products, Ren Moumou's case of concealing the proceeds of crime, Peng Moumou's case of falsely opening value-added tax, Cheng Moumou's case of colluding in bidding" and so on. In addition, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security jointly supervised the "Overseas Extraordinary Telecommunications Fraud Case" (selected as one of the top ten legal supervision cases in the country in 2023) and other major difficult cases.

Nationwide major and significant cases—some classic examples include:

1. The "Hebei Postal Currency Card" series of cases of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court successfully changed the charges from "fraud" to "illegal business operation", which greatly reduced the penalties of the parties;

2, "the United States group billion contract fraud case", with precise defense strategy to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises;

3. In the case of "bribery and introduction of bribery", the richest man in a certain city, in which "Sun Moumou's introduction of bribery" was found not guilty by the judicial organ, and the key charges were not guilty;

4. Meishan "Xinyuan Department" organized and led pyramid selling activities at the level of 10 billion, accurately grasped the key points of defense in complex legal relations, and effectively safeguarded the rights and interests of the parties;

5, "Zheshang insurance 0.8 billion contract fraud case", to maximize the interests of the parties to defend accurately;

6, Sichuan well-known entrepreneurs 53 million fraud cases, the procuratorate after the arrest of not guilty;

7. The case of duty crime innocence defense-the leader of a medical insurance bureau was charged with dereliction of duty and bribery, the court ruled that the crime of dereliction of duty was not established, and the crime of bribery was convicted and exempted;

8. In 2023, the country's top ten legal supervision cases, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security supervised overseas fraud cases-the principal offender to the accomplice successfully defended;

The case of "Q XX" and other board members of the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court for the crime of embezzlement and the crime of privately dividing state-owned assets is not established-the crime of privately dividing state-owned assets is not established, and the crime of embezzlement is commuted to a suspended sentence;
